How To Get Into Ketosis Fast | Top Strategies Is a video that teaches the top strategies that I use to launch into ketosis in a short duration of time.

On average its always takes 2-4 weeks to get into ketosis. This requires that your following the ketogenic diet and eating lots of good fats while reducing carbs below 50 grams per day and of course not over consuming protein. Many people ask me how they can get into ketosis fast and not wait those 3-4 weeks.

If you want to know how to get into ketosis quickly then one of my favorite ways is to start out with a 3 day water fast of bone broth fast. This will surely throw you into ketosis as your body will have no other choice than to turn you into a fat burning state.

The next tactic you can use is the fasting mimicking diet where you eat an avocado and green smoothie in the morning and at night for five consecutive days and this will surely put you into ketosis with ease.

If your already following a ketosis meal plan than you can intensify your workout to really burn through the glycogen stores and activate ketosis. This works well combining it with the last strategy I shared where you increase the intake of coconut oil, grass fed butter and pink sea salt. Adding it the minerals and electrolytes is so important in order to get the results that you want in the way of getting into ketosis fast.
